The port container handling machinery developed and manufactured by HDM includes ship-to-shore container cranes, rubber-tyred gantry cranes, rail-mounted container gantry cranes, and ship-to-shore slab cranes. With various structural forms and different trolley driving modes, these machines can meet the diverse requirements of different ports. HDM’s products have been exported to countries such as the USA, Italy, and South Korea.

Detailed introduction

For ship-to-shore container cranes (STS), HDM adheres to the design rules for cranes and general international codes and standards. The main lifting, traversing, boom luffing, and traveling mechanisms utilize advanced AC VVVF technology, equipped with single or twin-lifting hydraulic spreaders of various specifications, along with mechanical or electronic anti-swaying functions. Currently, HDM offers models ranging from 30.5t to 70t under spreader.

The rubber-tyred gantry crane developed and manufactured by HDM is designed for handling international standard containers. This product features advanced performance, excellent mobility, and reduced sensitivity to ground roughness, with available types ranging from 30.5t to 45t under spreader.

The rail-mounted container gantry crane from HDM is known for quick handling and a high degree of automation, making it suitable for stockyards of railways and terminals. HDM currently provides models from 30.5t to 61t under spreader.

For ship-to-shore slab cranes, HDM follows the design rules for cranes and general international standards. The cranes are equipped with mechanical and electrical protection devices to ensure safety and reliability during operation, as well as stability when not in use. HDM offers models ranging from 25t to 70t under spreader.
