Heavy-duty AGV

Heavy-duty AGV is an intelligent transportation vehicle designed to carry heavy components, featuring self-guided operation, automatic lifting, multiple steering modes, obstacle avoidance, and collision prevention. This product supports various navigation modes, including inertial navigation, natural navigation, and laser navigation, as well as multiple power modes, such as hybrid and pure electric. It also offers different drive modes, including hydraulic and electric, and various control modes for unmanned operation and manned remote control, with a maximum loading capacity of up to 200 tons.

The AGV is suitable for indoor and outdoor open roads, delivering high working efficiency, strong adaptability, stable operation, and high safety. It is primarily used in industries such as metallurgy, manufacturing, ports, storage, and other specialized fields. Compared to conventional vehicles, transportation efficiency is increased by 35%, fuel consumption is reduced by 24%, and utilization rates exceed 98%.

Unmanned hot iron mixing car

The self-propelled electric unmanned hot iron mixing car, known as Smart TPC (Torpedo Car), is a green, intelligent, and efficient molten iron transportation solution. It operates automatically and is purely driven by electric power, realizing a new, intelligent molten iron transportation mode of “refilling quickly at any time.” This system efficiently transports molten iron from the blast furnace stage to steelmaking.

Effect: For a steel company with an annual output of 15 million tons, the Smart TPC operation mode can double the turnover rate. It reduces the temperature drop of molten iron and fuel oil, saving approximately 4,000 tons of standard coal each year and lowering carbon dioxide emissions by about 10,000 tons. Each ton of iron consumes only about 0.014 kWh of electric energy per kilometer, demonstrating significant energy savings and consumption reduction.
