Intelligent control system of sub-merged arc furnace

An intelligent solution for smelting engineering, integrated with an energy efficiency evaluation system, fault diagnosis system, scheduling management system, life cycle management system, intelligent inspection system, digital twin system, and remote operation and maintenance platform, based on advanced Internet of Things logic, big data analysis, and mature instrument detection, with the intelligent control model as the core. Additionally, a multi-dimensional equipment health model is implemented to predict key equipment failures and diagnose their causes.
