It meets the demands of the aviation, aerospace, and engineering machinery sectors for super-large plastic products. The large nodular iron casting template is a critical component of the injection machine, with only a few domestic enterprises capable of developing and manufacturing such products. HDM is one of these enterprises, offering a range of injection machine templates with clamping forces from 244 to 8500 tons. HDM has successfully developed and manufactured multiple types of injection machine templates with clamping forces between 6000 and 8500 tons for customers in Europe, North America, and domestically, providing robust technical support for the development of China’s large injection machine industry.
