As the key equipment for continuous or semi-continuous open mining, the spreader is the final link in the system. In open mining and earthworking, the spreader serves as mobile and continuous material discharging equipment, discharging the topsoil or overburden material sent by the belt conveyor to the waste dump.
As the key equipment for continuous or semi-continuous open mining, the spreader is the final link in the system. In open mining and earthworking, the spreader acts as mobile and continuous material discharging equipment, discharging the topsoil or overburden material sent by the belt conveyor to the waste dump. HDM has developed and manufactured spreaders with capacities ranging from 895 to 5000 m³/h (1000 to 10000 t/h), featuring receiving arm lengths of 18 to 50 m and discharging arm lengths of 30 to 60 m. These can be equipped with rail-mounted and crawler-type discharging cars to meet various customer demands.
The self-propelled crushing station serves as an integrated unit that eliminates complicated installation work for on-site infrastructure and operates easily on the rough conditions of open mines. HDM can develop and manufacture the FMC4000 type self-propelled crushing station, with a rated capacity of 4000 t/h and a travel speed of 0-12 m/min. This crushing station can be designed with or without a slewing function based on customer requirements.
Dedicated to providing the global customers with solutions to major equipment and full-life-cycle services.
