Car dumper unloading system is efficient, energy-saving bulk material continuous unloading equipment widely applied in the storage and conveying fields of bulk materials in industries such as ports, metallurgy, and electric power. Up to now, HDM has developed and manufactured over 530 sets of various types of car dumpers, including single-car, double-car, triple-car, and four-car dumpers. The “C”-shaped triple-car dumper, with independent intellectual property rights owned by HDM, has a maximum design dumping capacity of 10,000t/h. The medium and large dumpers for unloading more than two cars hold a domestic market share of up to 70%.

Additionally, HDM strengthens cooperation with professional engineering institutes to continually enhance its capacity for managing EPC project construction, having undertaken over 20 car dumper EPC projects (regional contracting). The Pucheng car dumper zone EPC project won the “2015 China National Chemical Industry Superior Quality Award.” This project includes main and auxiliary equipment for the car dumper, belt conveyor, civil work, dedusting system, water supply and discharge, fire fighting, heating and ventilation, power supply and distribution, illumination, scheduling and communication systems, and monitoring system. The operating efficiency of the equipment and the project quality have been highly praised by customers.
